How do I qualify for Shaklee Commission every month?

To qualify for monthly commissions with Shaklee you must attain 100 PV points either through sales to customers or by personal purchase of Shaklee products. If you are a bit light on the 100 PV then you just need to place a personal order to ensure you meet the 100 PV minimum for commission qualification.

Who is the founder of Shaklee?

How do I create an Shaklee Autoship order?

You will have the option of placing items on Autoship during your checkout. Members and Distributors can also create Autoship orders from the Manage Autoship page in the profile.

What happens if I miss a month of Shaklee Autoship?

If you miss a month of Autoship, you drop back to the 5% level of points, just like when you started the program, and you do not earn points for that month.

How do I earn Shaklee points?

Earn up to 15% back in points on your consecutive Autoship orders of $100 or more (excluding shipping & handling and applicable taxes). You can have multiple qualifying orders per month.
Make sure that you place an order each month to keep your Loyalty Rewards points. If no Autoship order is placed, you will revert to 5% earning level.
A minimum order of $1 or more must be placed during the month to keep previously accrued points. Point balance will reduce to zero if no order is placed during a calendar month.
Distributors and above can earn points on orders placed between the 1st and 15th of the month, while Members can earn points on qualifying orders the entire month.
Loyalty Rewards points apply to the first $500 in qualifying orders each month.

How long does it take for Shaklee products to ship?

Orders placed before 2 pm EST / 11 am PST, will ship on the same day*, excluding weekends and major holidays. Any order placed beyond that period will be shipped the next business day.
*Shaklee has a peak ordering time from the 28th to the 5th of every month. Same day processing is not guaranteed during this time.

Does Shaklee deliver to my country?

Shaklee is available in the US and Canada.

What are the available shipping methods?

Standard shipments are delivered by either FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, FedEx SmartPost, or USPS.
Expedited shipments are delivered by FedEx Express.

How can I track my order?

You can track your shipments on your Account. Click on “Order History” and “Track” next the order you wish to track.

What is Shaklee’s return and refund policy?

Shaklee Corporation will accept returns under the Shaklee Guarantee when the products were purchased by a Member or retail customer directly from Shaklee. A refund will be issued for the full amount paid, excluding the shipping fee, which the customer is responsible for. Customers can return items by completing the following process:

Receive appropriate return instructions from Shaklee Agent

When a customer purchases from the inventory of a Shaklee Independent Distributor, the Distributor must provide immediate refunds (or exchanges) on sales of personal use quantities (unit sales) to a consumer who is dissatisfied with the products. A refund will be issued for the full amount paid, excluding the shipping fee.
Shaklee will process returns under the Guarantee provided Distributors submit a Product Experience Report (PER) by phone or mail. Applicable Price Differential and PV will be reversed and deducted from the Distributor and may be reversed and deducted from the uplines of record making the transaction revenue neutral for all parties.
If the purchase price of the returned products is greater than $75, the products must be returned to Shaklee before credit is issued. A Product Return Authorization number must be obtained from Shaklee for these returns, and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost on the return.
Note: The Shaklee Guarantee does not apply to product purchased for resale. Water treatment units are covered by a 60-day guarantee and certain warranties rather than by the Shaklee Guarantee.
